Moments from Our Erasmus+ ETHAZI Project
As Zembul Women's Cooperative, within the framework of the ETHAZI project we carry out under Erasmus+, we hosted guests from various European countries at our cooperative.
Our project is run in partnership with ABARCA and Don Bosco from Spain, and CIOFS FPPUGL from Italy. Taking place in a multilingual and multicultural setting, this gathering was a highly productive and inspiring experience for us.
As part of the programme, we jointly assessed the ETHAZI food production model. This model offers an approach built on hands-on learning in production, first-hand experience, research, and active participation. The practices we carried out at Zembul Women's Cooperative were truly valuable in seeing how this method works in the field.
We are delighted to share with our dear Zembul friends some moments from our training activities, hands-on production experiences, and the joyful times we spent together.

Our ETHAZI Project Dissemination Trainings
As Zembul Women's Cooperative, we organised various training sessions and meetings at Zembul to share and spread the knowledge, experience, and observations we gained in the ETHAZI project carried out under Erasmus+.
Within this scope, we came together with students and academics from Munzur University to work on the ETHAZI training model. We thought together, discussed, held brainstorming sessions, and linked learning processes with production experiences.
Every meeting became a process of learning anew, rediscovering, and producing together. As Zembul Women's Cooperative, this project helped us build stronger bonds with young people, gain different perspectives, and multiply our experiences by sharing them.
We learned a lot, had a lot of fun, and shared a great deal of solidarity. From here on, we will keep learning, producing, and growing our solidarity.

Impact
Bringing together gastronomy, culture, and solidarity, Zembul Women's Cooperative is no longer just a production point; it continues its path with determination as an experience-oriented center that keeps Tunceli's cultural identity alive.
“When women come together, the city, culture, and future all grow stronger. As Zembul, we will continue to create projects that benefit more women.”
